AI Solutions Architect – Agentic Systems & Enterprise Integration

This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise system integration. You'll design agent architectures that balance autonomy with control, build robust integration layers connecting LLMs to enterprise data sources, and establish patterns for knowledge representation that scale across organizations. What You'll Do
- Design and implement multi-agent orchestration systems with sophisticated reasoning, planning, and execution loops
- Build bidirectional integration layers connecting LLMs to enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, LOB applications) using REST, GraphQL, and gRPC
- Architect state management solutions for long-running agent workflows spanning multiple sub-agents and extended time periods
- Develop knowledge representation systems using structured formats (Markdown with metadata) and version-controlled repositories
- Implement autonomy control mechanisms including human-in-the-loop patterns and escalation strategies for logic conflicts
- Design and deploy RAG systems and vector database architectures for enterprise-scale knowledge retrieval
- Establish protocols for real-time data retrieval and structured write-back operations across third-party systems
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of production experience building AI/ML systems with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)
- Deep expertise in agent architectures including reasoning loops, planning systems, and execution frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript for building production AI applications
- Hands-on experience implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) between AI systems and enterprise applications
- Solid understanding of vector databases, RAG architectures, and knowledge graph concepts
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and deploying AI systems in enterprise environments
- Excellent communication skills in English for collaborating with distributed teams and documenting complex systems
Nice to Have
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar LLM communication protocols
- Background integrating AI into ERP/CRM systems or enterprise productivity suites
- Familiarity with knowledge engineering and structured knowledge base design
- Experience with LangChain, Pinecone, or similar AI development frameworks
- Contributions to open source AI projects or published work on agent systems
