What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver back-end features across API, database, and cloud infrastructure
  • Build scalable APIs and services using C#, .NET, and Azure Functions
  • Implement event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus for reliable data processing
  • Optimize SQL Server databases and queries for performance at scale
  • Join technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive testing and documentation
  • Collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams across European timezones

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of development experience with strong C# and .NET expertise
  • Production experience with Azure cloud services (Azure Functions, Service Bus, App Services)
  • Experience using Azure Pipelines to automate build, release, and deployment processes, managing the end-to-end delivery from business requirements to production
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
  • Track record of shipping complete features end-to-end in production environments
  • Full workday overlap with Europe & UK timezones required
  • Experience working remotely with strong async communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

  • Frontend experience with JavaScript frameworks
